We are hiring across BPO operations, IT services and support functions. All roles are full-time with competitive compensation and full training provided.
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, chat and email. Strong communication skills required. Training provided on all accounts.
Manage early-stage and charged-off debt portfolios via professional outbound calling. Compliance training and scripts provided. Attractive incentive structure.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support remotely. Experience with Windows, networking, Office 365 and ITSM tools preferred. ITIL certification a plus.
Process medical claims, ICD-10 and CPT coding, denial management and prior authorisations. HIPAA certified work environment. Epic and Cerner experience preferred.
Lead a team of 15–25 agents across voice and back-office processes. Drive KPIs, conduct coaching sessions, manage escalations and produce daily reporting.
Monitor calls and back-office transactions, score against QA rubrics, deliver agent feedback and produce weekly quality dashboards. ISO 9001 aligned processes.
Handle AP/AR, general ledger, month-end close, payroll processing and statutory compliance. Proficiency in SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks required.
High-volume data entry, document digitisation, database management and quality checking. Minimum 45 WPM typing speed and strong attention to detail required.
